01. Webshop Order
Can I change my order?
It is unfortunately not possible to change or to cancel an order after you confirmed it. Check your personal information carefully before you place an order.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation, what do I do?
If you didn’t receive an order confirmation, please check your spam box. To make sure you will not miss any other order updates. Make sure to accept our emails so they will not be marked as “unwanted mail”. In case you can not find your order confirmation in your spam box, please contact Customer Service: info@boudoircouture.nl
02. Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Once you have placed your order, it will be processed and handed over to DHL on the next weekday. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure your order is processed and shipped promptly.
A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not home when UPS delivers your parcel, they will leave a note explaining where and how to collect your order. In case you did not collect your order and Post NL sent it back to us, we are unable to re-send your order.

Delivery: 1-3 days
Total time: 1-5 days
Shipping destination Europe:
Processing: 1-2 days
Delivery: 2-5 days
Total time: 3-7 days
Shipping destination Rest of the World:
Processing: 1-2 days

Can I change my address after placing an order?
We want to emphasize the importance of checking the personal information you fill in before confirming. When an order is placed, no changes can be made afterwards. For further questions contact our customer service.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a track and trace code from DHL which you can use to track your order.
03. Returns
What is the return period?
You must register your return within 5 days from the delivery date. After registering the return, you will have an additional 5 days to send the item back. The product must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all accessories, such as the bag and tags. Please note that customized items cannot be returned.
Within what period will my return be processed?
Return processing may take up to 14 working days from receipt
Once the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded as follows:
iDeal / Bancontact: The amount will be refunded to your account within five working days.
PayPal: The purchase amount will be refunded to your PayPal account within three working days.
AfterPay: You will receive an updated invoice via email.
ATTENTION! Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure they are properly packed to prevent any damage during transit. Always request proof of shipment from the service point.
Can I exchange my items?
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item. Do you want a different size or color? Place a new order.
04. Return Conditions
When do I receive my order?
• You must register your return within 5 days from the delivery date. After registering the return, you will have an additional 5 days to send the item back.
• Our customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Please register returns through this link.
• Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account
• We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition including labels & packaging. Damaged and / or used items will be refused and returned.
• Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. So keep in mind that proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to qualify for a refund.
