Orders

• By placing an order on www.boudoircouture.nl, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
• The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders without stating a reason.

Prices

• All prices are listed in the currency indicated on www.boudoircouture.nl.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping costs, taxes, and any additional charges.

Payment

• Payment must be made at the time of placing the order through the available payment methods on www.boudoircouture.nl.
• The seller reserves the right to review and verify payments before processing the order.

Shipping

• The seller will ship the order as soon as possible to the delivery address provided by the buyer.
• Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and the buyer’s location.

Returns and Exchanges

• The buyer has the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
• The cost of returning the products is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed with the seller.

Warranty

• The seller provides a one-month warranty from the purchase date for manufacturing defects.
• Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidents is not covered under this warranty.

Liability

• The seller is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered products.
• The seller’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the respective product.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights related to the products remain the property of the seller or the rightful parties.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms and conditions and any disputes are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
• Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Breda.

Changes

• The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amended terms apply only to new orders.
